Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of aslanintelligence.com and any AI agent management, consulting, implementation, advisory, automation, workflow, application, onboarding, billing, subscription, or related service provided by Loewe Aslan LLC d/b/a Aslan Intelligence ("Aslan Intelligence," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website, submitting an application, booking a call, signing an agreement, approving a proposal, paying an invoice, starting a checkout, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services
Aslan Intelligence provides AI agent management and consulting services, including AI workflow audits, automation strategy, AI agent planning, tool configuration, operations support, documentation, team enablement, and related advisory services. Each engagement may be further described in a proposal, invoice, checkout page, statement of work, order form, service agreement, or other written scope.
Client Authority and Acceptance
You represent that you have authority to bind the business, entity, or individual receiving the services. Payment, written approval, electronic signature, checkbox acceptance, or continued use of the services confirms acceptance of these Terms and any applicable service scope.
Fees, Subscriptions, and Automatic Renewal
Fees are due as stated at checkout, on the invoice, or in the applicable written scope. Monthly retainers and subscription services automatically renew on a recurring monthly basis until canceled according to these Terms. By submitting payment information, you authorize Aslan Intelligence and its payment processor to charge your payment method for all agreed fees, recurring charges, taxes, late amounts, and any approved additional work.
No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes setup fees, deposits, retainers, monthly subscription charges, consulting fees, implementation fees, audit fees, onboarding fees, rush fees, and any other service payments. No refunds, credits, offsets, or prorations are provided for unused time, unused service capacity, delayed client participation, missed calls, changed priorities, cancellation after a billing date, dissatisfaction with subjective results, or a decision not to continue using the services.
Cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewal charges only. It does not reverse, refund, or prorate charges already incurred. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, cancellation requests must be sent in writing to tim@aslanintelligence.com at least seven calendar days before the next renewal date. Cancellations requested after that window may take effect on the following billing cycle. Access to ongoing support, agents, managed workflows, documentation, or implementation work may end when the paid period ends.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You agree to contact Aslan Intelligence first at tim@aslanintelligence.com before initiating any bank dispute, card dispute, chargeback, payment reversal, or processor claim. Filing a chargeback for a validly authorized payment, non-refundable fee, delivered service, active subscription, or accepted checkout may be treated as a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend services, revoke access, stop work, recover outstanding amounts, submit these Terms and service records as evidence, and seek recovery of chargeback fees, collection costs, processor fees, and reasonable legal costs where permitted by law.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, system access, platform credentials, business context, approvals, and legal permissions needed for the services. Delays caused by missing access, missing information, third-party platform issues, client-side approvals, or unavailable stakeholders do not pause billing or create refund rights.
Third-Party Tools and Costs
AI systems and third-party platforms may change, fail, throttle, suspend accounts, reject content, produce inaccurate outputs, or require separate paid subscriptions. Unless expressly stated in writing, third-party software, API usage, ad spend, hosting, domains, data providers, email tools, automation tools, AI model costs, and other external platform fees are not included in our fees and remain your responsibility.
No Guaranteed Results
We do not guarantee revenue, profit, cost savings, time savings, rankings, leads, sales, performance improvements, model accuracy, uptime, deliverability, client conversion, operational outcome, or any specific business result. Any estimates, projections, examples, testimonials, case studies, or expected outcomes are illustrative only and depend on business model, data quality, tool access, team adoption, client approvals, budget, market conditions, and execution.
AI Output and Human Review
AI and automation outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, noncompliant, outdated, or unsuitable for a specific use. You are responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before use, maintaining appropriate human oversight, and ensuring your use of AI and automation complies with applicable laws, contracts, platform terms, and internal policies.
No Regulated Professional Advice
Our services and website content are for business, operational, automation, and consulting purposes only. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, financial, employment, insurance, investment, or regulated professional advice. You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals for those matters.
Scope Changes
Work outside the agreed scope may require a new quote, separate invoice, revised subscription amount, or written approval. We are not obligated to perform additional work until the scope, price, and timing are accepted.
Confidentiality and Data
We treat non-public client business information as confidential and use it to provide services, operate our business, improve internal workflows, and comply with legal obligations. You are responsible for not sharing information you do not have the right to share and for not providing restricted, regulated, or highly sensitive data unless we have expressly agreed in writing to handle it.
Intellectual Property
Our website content, methods, templates, prompts, frameworks, workflows, documentation, automations, internal tools, code libraries, operating procedures, and proprietary materials remain owned by Aslan Intelligence or its licensors. Client-specific deliverables are licensed or assigned only as stated in the applicable written agreement and only after full payment of all amounts due.
Service Suspension
We may suspend or terminate services for nonpayment, chargebacks, abusive conduct, security risk, illegal activity, missing access, repeated delays, platform violations, or use of our work for deceptive, harmful, or unlawful purposes. Suspension or termination for these reasons does not create a refund right.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the website or services to violate laws, violate platform rules, infringe rights, send unlawful spam, mislead users, deploy harmful automation, compromise security, scrape content at scale, submit malware, or pursue activity that we reasonably believe creates legal, reputational, security, or platform risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aslan Intelligence will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, platform outage, business interruption, reputation, or opportunity damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the one month before the event giving rise to liability.
Disclaimer
The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, and compatibility with any third-party tool or platform.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
