Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to services provided by Loewe Aslan LLC d/b/a Aslan Intelligence ("Aslan Intelligence," "we," "us," or "our").

No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes setup fees, deposits, retainers, monthly subscriptions, AI agent management fees, consulting fees, implementation fees, audit fees, onboarding fees, rush fees, and any other service payments.

No Prorations or Credits

We do not provide prorated refunds, credits, offsets, or partial refunds for unused time, unused service capacity, changed priorities, delayed client participation, missed calls, incomplete client materials, cancellation after a billing date, dissatisfaction with subjective results, or a decision not to continue using the services.

Subscription Cancellation

Monthly retainers and subscription services renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal charges only and does not reverse or refund charges already incurred. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, cancellation requests must be sent in writing to tim@aslanintelligence.com at least seven calendar days before the next renewal date.

Client Delays

Billing is not paused and refunds are not issued because of missing access, missing information, delayed approvals, unavailable stakeholders, platform issues outside our control, or client-side delays.

Chargebacks

You agree to contact us at tim@aslanintelligence.com before initiating any bank dispute, card dispute, chargeback, payment reversal, or processor claim. We reserve the right to provide this Refund Policy, our Terms of Service, checkout records, invoices, communication records, service records, and proof of acceptance as evidence in any dispute.

Written Agreement Controls

If a signed written agreement expressly provides a different refund or cancellation rule, that written agreement controls for that engagement. Otherwise, this Refund Policy applies.
