These Terms of Service govern your use of aslanintelligence.com and the consulting services provided by Aslan Intelligence.
Services
Aslan Intelligence provides AI implementation consulting services including audits, tool implementation, team training, and ongoing advisory support for small and mid-size businesses.
Engagement Terms
All consulting engagements begin with a written scope of work outlining deliverables, timeline, and fees. No work begins until both parties agree to the scope and payment terms.
Payment
Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Audits are paid upfront. Implementation projects require 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. Advisory retainers are billed monthly.
Intellectual Property
All custom workflows, automations, and configurations created during an engagement belong to the client upon full payment. Our methodologies, templates, and proprietary processes remain our intellectual property.
Limitation of Liability
Aslan Intelligence provides recommendations and implementations based on our professional judgment. We are not liable for business outcomes, third-party tool failures, or results that depend on client action or market conditions. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Confidentiality
We treat all client business information as confidential. We will not share your proprietary data, workflows, or business details with third parties without your written consent.
Termination
Either party may terminate an advisory retainer with 30 days written notice. Project engagements follow the termination terms in the individual service agreement.
